The Australian Technologies Competition seeks to recognise emerging technologies across a wide range of sectors that are enhancing industry efficiency and competitiveness, in terms of output and resources used. Today, GreenSync was announced as a finalist in the competition in both the Advanced Manufacturing category, and also in the Built Environment category.
As a technology company delivering demand management solutions for commercial and industrial customers as well as electricity network and retail businesses, GreenSync is helping to make Australia’s National Electricity Market more resource efficient and competitive.
ATC organiser, John O’Brien said of the finalists:
“The quality of entries this year has been overwhelming and the judges had some pretty robust discussion in reducing the number down to only 12 companies”.
GreenSync is honoured to share the field with such high-quality Australian companies and regards the competition as an excellent platform for showcasing home-grown innovation and ICT talent.
Winners will be announced on 16 September 2014.
