Final LCT Connect: Knowledge & Dissemination Event

Last week we held the final LCT Connect: Knowledge & Dissemination event to support the LCT Connect Project, which demonstrated the feasibility and benefits of a centralised, automated asset registration system, showing strong industry support and technical readiness for large-scale deployment.

Automatic Asset Registration (AAR) provides an opportunity to digitalise the energy system. AAR was initially conceived of by the Energy Data Taskforce and the Energy Digitalisation Taskforce who called for ‘the coordination of Asset Registration’ of Low Carbon Technologies (LCT).
